All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer standard and express shipping options for our customers within the United Kingdom.

  1. Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is free for orders over £120. For orders under £120, a flat rate of £3.99 applies.
  2. Express Shipping: Orders shipped via express shipping usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of £5.99.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Jet Blackk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
